Area cover absorbent pads for drug testing
Each pad will record 25 drug tests :
- Each pad of 25 self carbonating copies has the following self carbonating copies (4) included
- Pink copy for Laboratory
- White Copy for Donor
- Green Copy - Collectors copy
- Yellow Copy - Employers copy
This is the necessary documentation for anyone requiring confirmation/further testing of their non-negatives and if used for all screening no other forms need to be completed. However if you use our Control Form for day to day screening and then have a non-negative that requires further screening :then you must fill out a Custody and Control Form on the CHL documentation (see below)
The CHL POCT pad does cut down on unnecessary paperwork but is an added expense per screen unless you are submitting all non-negatives for further screening.
